Our homeowner's association falls under Kelliwood Fund, which is managed by Crest Management at the direction of our K4 Board.

2022 POOL SEASON

We hope you are excited for the upcoming swim season. The pool will open on May 7th for weekends only and will open full-time on May 27th. A full schedule is below.

To obtain an access fob, fill out and return one of the attached forms to Crest Management. There is a one-time fee of $25 per fob for residents of Kelliwood Gardens, Enclave, Trails and Place to obtain a key fob that will be able to be used each year. There is an annual fee of $125 for residents of Kelliwood Greens, Links, Pointe, Terrace, and Fairways. If you prefer to pick them up in our office, there is a $20 charge.

Your account with the Association must be in good standing to receive a key fob.

Please note: if you are a resident of Kelliwood Gardens, Enclave, Trails and Place and have already received a key fob and are in good standing with the association your key fob should work once the pool is open.
