Located in Katy, this Home Owner's Association (HOA) serves a 650 home community located at the northwest quadrant of South Fry Road and Westgreen Boulevard. The community of traditional style homes features a swimming pool, park, tennis courts, and two playgrounds. Residents are within the Katy ISD boundaries and are zoned to Hayes Elementary, McMeans Junior High and Taylor High School. The neighborhood water service is provided by Nottingham MUD. It is in close proximity to Nottingham Country Greenbelt Park as well as George Bush Park.
