In 2020 the HOA Board has put into action some of the options discussed in our August 6, 2019 Town Hall meeting. The current ongoing work that is taking place includes:

  • Installed new diving board and lifeguard stands

  • Installed new garbage bins in the common areas

  • Re-mulched playground areas

  • Repaired and painted the playground gazebo 

  • Installed new shade cover and new pool furniture has arrived

  • Upgraded the restrooms to make them ADA friendly and more accessible to all our residents

  • Expanded the facility storage area

  • Repaired the existing perimeter fence around the common areas and installed a key fob entry system.

We also encourage you to participate in our recently inaugurated Community Garden in the greenbelt of Kelliwood Gardens.
